I was SO excited to see everyone back at school today! All of the students transitioned back to our routine at school really well! I can tell that a lot of students practiced their reading over the break as well.
We have a class goal to read 120 books in January and we will track them through our home reading logs. If everyone does their part and does their home reading we will be able to make our goal no problem!
Our new science inquiry is about becoming a structural engineer! We have a lot of fun research and activities coming up. Ask you child what the 3 things structural engineers do (1. research 2. plan 3. build a model)
Report cards will be going home with students on Thursday January 9th.
